I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and MATCH-ADTC- an approach specifically designed to support children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns.
