I work with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief, anger management concerns, life transitions, and everyday stress. Many clients seek a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and free from judgment. Using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, I help clients better understand their experiences, build coping skills, recognize personal strengths, and work toward emotional growth and healing. I also value collaboration with families, schools, and other supports to provide individualized care tailored to each client’s needs.
My approach is rooted in CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Informed Care. I help clients build self-awareness, manage emotions, strengthen coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique goals, experiences, and path toward healing and lasting growth.
