I am a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in work with children, adolescents and adults of all ages. I will work with you and/or your loved ones to address any concerns with managing the effects of depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, divorce, grief and loss and various other challenges while helping you maintain a productive life style.
I have extensive experience in dealing with diagnoses such as ODD, ADHD, PTSD, self harm, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, phobias, coping skills, as well as grief and loss. I also provide group therapy sessions to address self love and appreciation, self harm, social skills, healthy relationships, management of emotions and coping skills
