I enjoy working with individuals of all ages but specialize in teenagers/families and young adults who have may be struggling with coping with emotions, building or maintaining relationships or parenting. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to see and experience personal growth within themselves
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), & TF-CBT. I have experience working with individuals with PTSD, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and many other mental health diagnosis. I utilize play therapy techniques with children and I also provide education on physical health practices that contribute to our mental health.
I enjoy creating a therapeutic relationship with clients-with a strong focus on helping clients improve their ability to establish and maintain positive relationships, process traumatic experiences, facilitate behavioral change, and enhance their effectiveness and ability to cope in everyday life.
