CONNECT: The best predictor of success in therapy is your relationship with your therapist. The foundation of any healthy relationship is trust. It is my priority to make sure our therapeutic relationship is based on mutual trust by establishing credibility, reliability, and comfort. HEAL: We are not responsible for what happens to us, but fair or not, we are responsible for our own healing. The good news is you do not have to do it alone! I am trained to hold space for you so we can discover together what healing means to you. GROW: I will meet you where you are to support you in growing towards where you discover what is best.
I specialize in areas of trauma, attachment style, relationships, with self and others, life transitions, and anxiety. I draw from several different schools of practice, but all of them have a central tenet of placing importance on our relationship: connecting with you, creating safety for you, and allowing you to feel truly seen without judgement.
I view my place in our dynamic as a person who allows space for you to explore, feel, grow, learn, play, and connect. I will ask questions and listen, we will cry, laugh, and feel uncomfortable at times together. I will honor you and your journey and gently encourage you, when you are ready, to expand and shift.
