Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in the heart of VA. I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2020 and have been practicing for the past six years. I have a passion for helping individuals overcome and manage depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and phase-of-life issues to develop a positive self-image by rebuilding self-esteem and developing practical techniques and skills.
