I provide therapy to help adults struggling with ADD, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I also provide couples therapy. I am passionate about helping couples improve communication and any other difficulties they may face.
My approach to therapy focuses on the individual client and treating their unique needs. My goal as a therapist is to offer a comfortable and safe environment to help clients through any struggles they may face.
