I work from a sex-positive, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive lens and believe healing happens when you’re seen, heard, and accepted exactly as you are. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about understanding your story and finding new ways to care for yourself as you grow. I also affirm and support those exploring CNM or nontraditional relationships/bonds.

Together, we’ll focus on your personal growth, build tools for managing emotions, anxiety, and stress, and make room for more self-compassion, balance, and connection. I also support clients through identity exploration, relationship shifts, and big life transitions. Whatever you’re facing, we’ll move at your pace and figure it out together.
