I love to assist my clients during a time of transition particular adolescents and young adults. I also love working with parents and their children. I have 5 years in crisis mental health of all ages. I have also worked in the medical and school social work field. I particularly work with adolescents and young adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral concerns and onset of severe mental illness. I also enjoy working with those with bipolar disorder, mood dysregulation, personality disorders and suicide ideation.
I use several techniques within my practice such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, systems theory, motivational interviewing and crisis intervention. I help guide my clients to their goals using different techniques to better manage their sympthoms.
