I offer a person-centered, mindfulness-based, somatic approach to help you move through transitions—including navigating midlife, seeking or changing vocations, grieving a loss, living with childlessness or parental alienation, identifying as LGBTQ+, or carrying trauma that has kept them from stepping fully into the life your soul longs to live.
My goal is to support you in living into your truest self—with courage, purpose, and love. I’m committed to creating a warm, honest space where we can show up fully and be real, together.
