At Kindred Tree Healing Center, we provide holistic psychotherapy, yoga, reiki, and other healing based services. We help individuals overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and other life stressors. We operate from an attachment based lens, and are a social justice allied practice.
We offer EMDR, Brainspotting, Neurofeedback, Play Therapy, Expressive Arts, Sandtray Therapy, Yoga, Reiki, and Ayurveda. Through somatic based therapy approaches we help you connect mind and body for deeper healing.
