Hello, welcome to my practice. I offer mental health services in Washington and California via telehealth. I have been working with youth, adults, and families since 2010. Is your child struggling in school or at home? I want to help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and identify more healthy coping skills and communication techniques. I use a range of therapeutic techniques, and I believe in working collaboratively with my clients. Lifespan Integration is an additional therapeutic tool that I can offer.
