A person's life can unravel when he or she experiences trauma or severe life stressors. My great passion is helping people who have suffered trauma or stress to heal. Throughout my practice, I help adults and families find peace, wholeness, and safety by finding healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthening their relationships. I'm EMDR and CBT trained
