Are you looking to improve your daily life or relationship? Getting therapy is not a bad thing! Think of it as devoted time to focus on yourself, get unbiased support, and talk things out to be in a better headspace. I help individuals find solutions to feel less stuck and move forward. I also help couples and families understand each other more to meet genuine needs. You will learn communication, emotional regulation, and problem-solving skills to hopefully help replace negative habits with healthier ones.

Shreveport Family Counseling is located in a big building with business offices. This room is where we will have our sessions!

My overall goal is to make this a positive experience for you! In individual therapy, I will encourage you to set relevant goals to better navigate life stressors. In couples, family, or co-parenting therapy, I will strive to make conversations comfortable for you to share, be heard, and feel more like a team.
