Virtual Support Group for Complex Trauma in Adults
Complex trauma refers to the experience of numerous traumatic events in a person’s life, often stemming from childhood. Individuals may be exposed to multiple instances of trauma such as physical abuse, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, neglect, witnessing abuse, domestic violence, bullying, being a victim of kidnapping or trafficking, or prolonged medical treatments. This support group aims to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals who have experienced complex trauma.
