Hi there! There's so much that happens from day to day, it’s very easy to become overwhelmed. I am here to support you through whatever journey you may be on in life. When we slow down and take it one step at a time, we are able to accomplish goals, establish new ways of thinking, and develop a wide range of coping skills. I do my best to meet you where you are, and together we can move forward to achieve your goals! Therapy is not a one modality fits all, so I work from a combination of modalities, depending on the goals of each person. I am accepting new clients via telehealth.
I've worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds, and love to learn about each and every one as their own individuals. My philosophy in life is that there is always room for learning and growth. I believe we both have things to offer in therapy, and can't wait to meet you! My specialities include life stressors/changes, anxiety, and depression.
I graduated from GVSU with my Bachelor’s of Social Work and Master’s of Social work. I have two black labs, am married, and have two children.
