Hello! Kimina Counseling is a small group practice, serving adolescents and adults in Central Massachusetts. We understand that reaching out for support can be intimidating, and want to help make this process a comfortable one. Exploring your options for therapy is the first step of your healing journey, and we are ready and committed to going on that path with you. We believe that all individuals are doing the best they can with the skills they have in any given moment and our relational approach emphasizes genuine connection between our therapists and the clients we serve.
At Kimina Counseling, we provide a non-judgmental, safe space where clients can explore the underlying roots of their identified challenges and develop positive and effective strategies to cope using a solution-focused, strength-based, relational approach. We believe that unconditional positive regard and trust is the foundation of a healing relationship.
