As a clinical social worker, I help individuals and couples who are struggling with a wide range of emotional and interpersonal problems, such as but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, family stressors and relationship, commitment, and sexual issues. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space for people to explore the depths of their emotions, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that they may identify patterns and potential barriers that could inhibit their personal growth and emotional development.
Since therapy is a guided journey to gain insight and resilience, and improve communication and decision-making skills, I design treatments to encourage an individual to choose a positive path. For those struggling with relationship issues, I integrate various sex-positive and kink-friendly techniques to help individuals/couples achieve their goals.
