My practice philosophy is that all of us are empowered to Thrive Within! I invite clients of all backgrounds and walks of life to use the tools of positive psychology to live their best lives and achieve their goals. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, chronic stress and trauma, as well as helping people living with chronic medical problems such as pain, headache, cancer, and people looking to improve overall health through lifestyle management.
I use the tools of cognitive behavioral therapy and positive psychology to help clients achieve their best lives possible and help them choose their roadmap to life. My secondary practice also offers neuropsychological evaluations as well as individual psychotherapy, to assist people with diagnosis.
I invite all clients who want to learn more to reach out to my office. I believe that people can empower themselves to explore their strengths and achieve their goals
