I understand life is filled with various challenges where you may find yourself wondering how you're going to navigate it all. Having someone assist you through the process and validate your experiences may be just the beginning of your healing. I, along with my team, can assist you through your journey. We provide a safe, judgment free, nurturing environment where you can begin to explore and process your internal world. We have been able to engage and build strong relationships with people from various backgrounds.
Prior to starting Nia CCS full time, I practiced at the Institute of Living(IOL) for a little over 15 years as a Clinician up until 2018 when I was promoted to Director of Social Work and Clinical Supervisor in the Family Resource Center. I also helped establish the DEI Council at the IOL where I engaged in controversial topics on diversity.
Nia is a boutique group practice that utilizes psychodynamic & cognitive behavioral approaches. However, we also draw on non-traditional methods & other treatment strategies to help restore the whole person. With our collaborative approach we've seen great success in treating various mental health concerns. We look forward to working with you.
