My passion as a therapist is to help people heal emotionally and physically using an integrative and person -centered approach. What I bring to the client is an empathetic and a “down to earth” approach. One of my goals is to help clients be motivated and see tangible results within themselves. I am dedicated to walking with my clients on their journey to increase healthy thinking and promote a sense of improved wellbeing. My target audience are teens, adults 18+, and the aging community whom are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, adverse negative experiences, childhood trauma, parenting issues, and self-esteem issues.
As a dedicated therapist, I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, behavioral issues, and trauma. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with a compassionate integrative and client-centered perspective.
