ZOOM - Write to Calm: Covid-19 Emotions

Journaling has been shown to relieve stress and help overcome feelings of powerlessness, confusion, and anxiety. Journaling with others will help lower feelings of loneliness, invisibility, worry, and isolation. You’ll write to prompts related to the pandemic. It's private but you’ll be invited to share some of your writing with the group if you choose. I will create a safe space to share our experiences related to this extraordinary time. No journaling experience is necessary. This is not a therapy group, but rather a proven source for stress-relief. $25. Pre-registration required, see website
