Hi, my name is Kimberly Wing, and I am a licensed clinical social worker. My life's passion has always been supporting those in need. I have worked for over a decade with individuals experiencing overall life challenges, relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use. I use a harm reduction model and specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I take a person-centered approach and prioritize the individual's goals and needs. In addition to traditional therapy, I also offer Nature Based Therapy to individuals who are interested in connecting with nature on a deeper level.
My intention is to create a welcoming environment in all of my sessions. I want individuals to feel comfortable and open with me while we engage in therapy together. Outside of sessions, I provide people with agenda items to achieve their goals and develop coping strategies.
It would be my pleasure to work with you on your personal goals and challenges. I believe we all need support in this world, and helping others is what I have always done best. It is important to me that people have a place to feel heard, safe, and comfortable as we work together.
