Hi, I'm Kimberly-I've been a therapist for over 14 years and work with both individuals and couples. I have daytime availability in downtown LS.
I enjoy working with individuals seeking support to heal from past trauma, improve their relationships, and reduce stress and burnout. And I often see couples that are hoping to reconnect, improve communication, and process life transitions such as engagement, marriage, or becoming parents. I am level 2 trained in EMDR and utilize this method to help clients process past experiences and also trained in heart-centered hypnotherapy.
We all deserve a space to feel heard, process, and heal. Life can be heavy and you do not have to do it alone. I provide secular therapy and welcome all beliefs/spirituality, as well as those struggling with religious trauma. This is an LGBTQIA+ safe and affirming practice.
