I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, Trauma Focused CBT, and several cognitive behavioral models. I work with clients who are struggling with past trauma, substance use, depression, and anxiety. I hold two masters degrees and I strive to continue learning and growing for the benefit of my clients.
