With over 10 years of experience as an educator, school counselor, championship basketball coach, and Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring a unique and well-rounded approach to therapy. My background has allowed me to connect with individuals from all walks of life, especially adolescents and families navigating challenges both in and out of the classroom. As a mother and a Christian, I understand the importance of compassion, structure, faith, and resilience in everyday life. During your first session, we will focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. This is called an intake session. I will ask questions about your background, current concerns, family history, and any past experiences that may be important to your care.

I tailor each session to your unique needs, integrating evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy.
