I am an Independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I employ a client-centered, integrative and emotionally focused approach to help clients achieve healthy functioning and relationship satisfaction. I am happy to work with couples and individuals looking to focus on their mental health or relationships.
I have been trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Therapy Levels 1 and 2, and often use an integrative, collaborative approach with couples to determine the most helpful approach. I also have experience facilitating and co-facilitating DBT intensive outpatient programs, and enjoy working with individuals who are seeking support.
