Groups
Standard Virtual DBT Group (Adults)
DBT Skills Group is a structured, evidence-based class designed to help you build practical tools for managing intense emotions, reducing impulsive behaviors, & improving relationships. In this supportive group setting, you will learn skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT skills group is not process therapy; it functions more like a class where members practice and apply skills between sessions. This group is ideal for individuals who want concrete strategies, accountability, and support while working toward creating a life worth living. Group is in 8-week modules with mindfulness the first 2 weeks of each module.

Virtual Radically Open DBT
Radically Open DBT is an evidence-based therapeutic approach developed for individuals with over-controlled coping styles, people who are too inhibited with emotions, highly self-disciplined to a fault, and struggle to form authentic social connections. RO-DBT challenges the idea that more self-control is always better and instead teaches radical openness: openness to experience, feedback, and social connection. This class is for individuals who tend to be highly self-controlled, perfectionistic, or rigid in thinking and behavior. Emotional expression and close relationships may feel difficult, even though connection is desired.
