As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have over ten years’ of experience, I take a holistic and collaborative approach in supporting individuals as they navigate life's challenges. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, understood, and validated while exploring strategies that best support their personal growth and well-being.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing grief, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, ADHD/ADD, bipolar disorder, behavioral concerns, relationship challenges, and crisis situations.
I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) Strength Based Therapy techniques, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) (R) and work with each client to create an individualized plan to help you achieve your goals.
