Finding the right therapist can be a great investment in your self growth and healing. I believe that everyone is deserving of support - my goal is to hold a non-judgmental and compassionate space for you to identify and work toward your goals. I am a queer-identified clinical social worker who practices from an anti-oppressive, intersectional feminist lens. I work with adults (18 and over) and specialize in supporting those who have experienced trauma, attachment wounding, anxiety, substance use, and dissociation, and those who are systems or plurals. I also love providing therapy to other therapists.
I use an integrative and collaborative approach and pull from parts work (Ego State Therapy), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other body-based approaches. All of this work is based in consent and communication and nothing will happen without your okay first!
I am extremely passionate about trauma therapy, dissociative processes, and supporting folks in learning how to navigate their dissociation. The therapeutic relationship is built on trust and the hope for healing - I would be honored to hold that space with you.
