Hi! I’m Kimberly! I’m here to help you navigate the ups and downs and stressors in your life. I’m a strength-based therapist who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Supportive Reflection. I take a holistic approach-sleep, nutrition, and exercise play a MAJOR role in our mental health and we will address it all!
In addition to working with individuals, working with couples is truly my jam! I specialize in working with couples to help them build trust, improve communication and develop meaningful rituals of connection. I am Gottman Level 1 and 2 trained and utilize Gottman principles in all my couples therapy sessions.
I also offer evening and weekend appointments for all!
