I am a welcoming a space to explore symptoms of anxiety, depression, substance use and feelings of uncertainty or sense of direction. Understanding the core of our suffering and inviting the process of healing with compassion is essential. Symptoms may manifest in waves debilitating and interfering with our daily life preventing us from feeling peace and tranquility. Life can be challenging by making sense of what we are experiencing and I would like to support you in every step. Making sense of our experience may require us to sit with discomfort. I use a mindfulness-based, trauma-informed approach to therapy.
I will help you explore the self, values, and beliefs of ourselves and the world. Identifying our strengths, barriers, and negative patterns that prevent us from progressing and feeling our most confident. Processing trauma with gentleness and tenderness that has been found to resurface creating feelings of discomfort.
My goal is to create a welcoming space with compassion that allows curiosity and increases self-awareness. What creates feelings of discomfort and how can we make room for acceptance of our experiences? Exploring the benefits of getting in tune with our emotions rather than avoiding pain.
