Is the weight of the world on your shoulders? Do you need to feel seen and heard? My clients are mostly adults and older adolescents who experience a myriad of concerns such as: loneliness; grief; infertility; divorce; relationship difficulties; communication difficulties; and more. I offer a holistic counseling experience in which you are considered as a whole person, in all of your complexity. I will listen as well as provide meaningful feedback. Together we build on your strengths to establish a strong foundation that will sustain a mindset of growth and healing.
I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Stress Release, and Food as Medicine. I am passionate about the study of polyvagal theory, yoga, narrative therapy, and Jungian psychology. My approach is holistic, humanistic, and integrative in which the whole person is considered, mind, body, and more.
Life is chaotic and mysterious. I'm here to support you in the reality that you are a whole phenomena happening right now, and you deserve to have your story heard and held with compassion.
