I offer holistic mental health counseling tailored to your unique needs. My specialties include the mental health care of individuals who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, and mood dysregulation. My clients are typically working adults or adolescents who may be experiencing loneliness; grief; infertility; divorce; relationship difficulties; communication difficulties; and other complicated issues that are otherwise difficult to explain. I have specific experience with musicians, artists, students, business owners, law enforcement, and veterans. However you show up, you will be met with empathy and flexibility.
I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Stress Release. I am passionate about the study of polyvagal concepts, yoga, narrative therapy, and Jungian psychology. Our sessions may include but are not limited to talking, role playing, movement, and breath-work.

Mindfulness Skills and Meditation Group
Practice the art of paying attention on purpose and nonjudgmental observation. Engage in meditation exercises and techniques to help you discover your most authentic self in the context of your environment and relationships.
