With over 20 years of experience, I help adults navigate the 'invisible' wounds of emotional neglect and toxic dynamics—whether the source is a partner, parent, or friend.
I learned very early in my own life that I strongly wanted to find solutions for anything I identified as “the problem”. This desire is what lead me to the field of Psychology and counseling. Through the field of counseling, I continue my passion of problem solving by helping others identify “problems” and find solutions.
