I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and have been a mental health provider since 2004. I have worked with clients with chronic diagnosis such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depressive disorder, but my passion is to work with those attempting to manage trauma symptoms, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life stressors, relationships, and those who are trying to identify the root causes of pain, trauma, stress, and overall unhappiness. My approach to therapy is that there is No One Way to do anything.
Possibilities and solutions are infinite and individualized. Understanding how our thoughts influence our lives is a key part to my approach to therapy, but although a cognitive behavioral approach may be appropriate for one person, a dialectical approach may be more appropriate for another.
We will explore together what works best for you, and use those strategies to bring forth restoration of the mind, body, spirit, and overall emotional well-being.
