It is an honor to witness and explore someone’s internal world — being present to explore the hurt, pain, excitement, and success. Life is difficult and always changing, and it’s important to have a place where you can explore life’s delicate and complicated ups and downs, both past and present. I work with adolescent and adult clients for individual counseling. Specializing in woman, life transitions- teens from high school to college, entering challenges of adulthood, marriage, parenthood.
Reaching out for support can be stressful and overwhelming. That’s why I make it my first goal as a client centered, trauma-informed psychotherapist to foster an environment that prioritizes rapport and unconditional support.
Creating a space that is genuine, safe, and secure will allow you to process your life’s experiences, while building insight that will help you manage every-day challenges. Using your strengths to help heal long-simmering hurts is at the very core of my philosophy.
