As an adult women dealing with traumatic events of past in relationships or things that you did or things that happened to you as a child/teen can be really hard. It can make you feel overwhelmed with shame and guilt. You may believe lies the world & the enemy have told you about yourself. Questioning who you are, who God is and why this happened to you become common, finding yourself asking: Why is life so hard? Shouldn't I just "be over this?" "What's wrong me?" etc. My desire is to build a helpful relationship with you. I invite you to be vulnerable open, and honest, in order to heal, find hope, & live your best life!
We will go beyond typical "talk therapy" & implement Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I also provide a spiritual option with Listening Prayer (LP).
