My goal in therapy is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore what’s going on and work together toward what feels right for you. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life changes, or exploring your identity, therapy is where we work together to make things feel more manageable—one step at a time.
I draw from a mixture of holistic and evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and person-centered care to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.
