I offer individual counseling services and services for young athletes. Together find the best treatment approach for your current situation and work towards your goals. In my practice I offer sports counseling for athletes who are striving for a competitive edge. I work with athletes that struggle with performance anxiety, overcoming an injury or simply working towards developing their whole self. Also offered are team building services off site at a local ropes course.
My MA degree is from Florida Gulf Coast University. I have an undergraduate degree in Psy. My clinical experience ranges from working with children, athletes, adults and the elderly. My work experience covers a broad population including juvenile justice system, community liason for state hospital, case management and coaching.
