I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in mood, adjustment, and performance-related issues, as well as addiction-related concerns. I provide individuals with a safe place to promote healthy recovery, growth, and personal development. I encourage my clients to share concerns and feelings and partner with them to assist in exploring and processing present-day challenges and unresolved conflicts or trauma. Through educational pursuits and personal life experiences, I have gained a deep understanding of life’s unexpected challenges.
I have a Master’s in Counseling from Webster University. I take an eclectic approach to treatment and use cognitive behavioral therapy along with an array of other integrative therapy techniques to meet the individualized needs of each person.
