Low Sexual Desire in Women
This group helps women comfortably explore the barriers to sex, including physiological, social and psychological. Women support each other as Kimberly discusses the complexities of sexual desire in context of each individuals' sexual development and personal story.
Porn Addiction/Sex Addiction
This group helps men manage their sexual behavior responsibly by identifying emotional and behavioral triggers, preparing for and completing 'disclosure,' and developing a sexual health plan. Kimberly has developed her own proprietary model for helping men to let go of sexual shame and celebrate sex in a healthy manner.
Post Partum Depression
This group supports new moms as they struggle with post partum depression and anxiety. Kimberly educates women about risk factors for past partum depression and anxiety, symptoms of post partum depression and anxiety, and how to advocate for their psychological and sexual post partum needs. Practical, hands-on information is offered in a psychotherapuetic mileau to help women overcome feelings of inadequacy, guilt and overwhelm.
