I enjoy working with client's who are wanting to challenge themselves to identify what they can do to make life be and feel good again. I like working with the client and their identified supports including family and friends. Being able to help people of all ages to find how they think, feel and act now and how this does not have to hinder or stay this way for their future.
I have worked with chronically ill adults, teenagers and children. I work well with parents who struggle to understand what may be going on for their child. Also teenagers who do not specifically want to be working on their mental health needs.
My private practice is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
