I enjoy working with folks to develop coping skills for stress & anxiety, identify and process emotions, improve mood regulation, address focus and attention challenges (including ADHD and neurodivergence), improve relationships and communication, cultivate mind-body awareness, and overall increase the capacity to respond to difficult life experiences while still engaging in a meaningful life.
My top priority as a therapist is to provide space & time where you feel comfortable exploring changes that might be worthwhile making in your life. This often involves an integration of therapy approaches, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory, Somatic & Mindfulness strategies, and Family Systems Theory.
