You don’t have to hold all of that alone. At Essence Therapy & Wellness Center, therapy is more than a place to talk, it is a space to release, reset, and realign. It is where you can safely unpack not only your personal experiences, but also the collective stress, uncertainty, and trauma that often goes unspoken yet deeply felt.
In our work together, I create a space where you can be fully seen, heard, and supported without judgment. A space where you don’t have to shrink, code-switch, or explain your lived experience to be understood. We will work collaboratively to help you process what you’ve been holding and develop practical tools for navigating daily life.
My approach is both evidence-based and holistic, integrating modalities such as Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Culturally Responsive Therapy. I believe healing is not one-dimensional, which is why I also incorporate somatic healing.
