When life gets difficult and feels heavy, my job is to provide support and a space for individuals to come as they are and leave feeling understood. It is when a person feels safe and understood, that they are able to do the hard work of self reflection, change, and growth. I work collaboratively with my clients to bring awareness to their thought and behavioral patterns so that they can identify and obtain the resources they need to feel more satisfied in their lives. I strive to empower my clients to see the resilience and strength within themselves.
I work with clients of all ages, from three years of age to adults of varying ages. I was trained in play therapy and activity therapy so that I can use developmentally effective therapy modalities for children and teens. I also have much experience in working with anxiety in adolescents and adults. SPACE trained therapist for anxiety in children.
