I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My approach to healing is holistic in that I believe we are spirit, soul, and body. I work on healing soul wounds through unburdening painful emotions and uprooting negative core beliefs that interfere with your ability to see yourself through God's eyes. My areas of focus in therapy are self-esteem, self-confidence, trauma, addiction, relationship struggles, motivation, and finding your purpose in life. My goal is to come alongside you in what changes you want to see in your life.
I interweave many different forms of therapy. I have a very relational approach, where I see myself as a guide, who partners with God to help lead you into freedom. I believe Jesus is the healer and I am able to use the wisdom and insight He gives me to help heal soul wounds and painful memories.
I work with clients stuck in patterns of negative thinking about themselves, God, or others. I work best with clients who are motivated to heal, grow, and transform. What we think about most grows and so we work to address core beliefs about self.
