If anxiety gets in the way of you living your day to day life, especially within the context of your relationships, I am here to tell you that you are not alone. I hope to help you feel more balanced in your identity as together we build a solid foundation of love, care, and kindness for yourself that can help positively impact the relationships that are most important to you. I enjoy working with people in all walks of life, but find many folks who walk through my door want to improve anxiety or depression symptoms as they are getting in the way of them living their fullest lives with their partner or family.
I currently offer individual, couples, and family therapy and use my experiential spirit to help you access and work through anger, hurt, or sadness. You will learn how to acknowledge, feel, regulate, and communicate emotions to the most important people in your life and ask for what you need and desire.
You are already a wonderful person just the way you are. I invite you to experience therapy for yourself or with a loved one to enrich what you already do so well and engage with the parts of yourself and your family that need fine tuning.
