I genuinely love empowering clients in the development of new tools to help them realize their strengths and cope with past or current challenges while simultaneously living authentic and meaningful lives. My therapeutic approach varies depending on your needs. I utilize the therapeutic relationship as a conduit of healing in which a strong, trusting relationship between us creates a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions, process pain, gain self-awareness, and experience personal growth and healing regardless of the therapeutic intervention.
