As a psychologist, I believe that establishing a good working relationship with my client is first and foremost. I will support and challenge you to address your concerns, such as relationship difficulties, work-life balance struggles, or chronic anxiety or depression. In order to facilitate a meaningful change, my approach includes ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, integrated therapy, and traditional talk therapy. Ketamine is a legal drug that has shown to help people become "unstuck," to make a meaningful and more rapid change. Through integrated therapy, meditation, breathe and body is focused on for psychological change.
I draw upon several schools of thought, but primarily utilize insight-oriented, relational and mindfulness-based practices. I help clients in the therapeutic process by questioning, guiding, responding, and utilizing my expertise to move them towards change. Whatever the modality we work together, talk therapy is foundational to the work.
As a licensed psychologist for 17 years, mindfulness practioner and being yoga trained, I have gained specialized knowledge in empirically-supported mood management techniques. Whether you're interested in a more traditional therapy, KAP, or integrated therapy I invite you to contact me today. I will support you to lead a more fulfilled life!
