Are you grieving the loss of a loved one, exploring questions of race and identity, looking for parenting support, or navigating a major life transition? These experiences can feel overwhelming, and you may wonder if what you’re feeling is “normal.” Perhaps you find yourself thinking, “I should be grateful for what I have, but I just feel unable to cope.” You don’t have to go through this alone. My work focuses on the intersections of cultural/racial identity, adoption, & loss. I offer a safe, supportive, and inclusive space where you can explore your feelings and experiences at your own pace.
With a post master's certificate in Adoption Counseling, I have extensive experience supporting adult adoptees/adoptive families. I also specialize in working with individuals who are coping with significant life transitions; including grieving both death & non-death losses as I hold a Certificate in Thanatology (the study of death, dying,& bereavement).
Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps—and also one of the most meaningful. Together, we can find an approach that helps you feel more grounded and hopeful. Please feel free to contact me to schedule a brief consultation. I look forward to connecting with you.
